SPEIR (pronounced spear) is an old Scots-Gaelic word meaning to ask, inquire, or investigate, and this unapologetic curiosity is at the core of everything we do. Founded by Dr. David McLeod, SPEIR provides services to guide individuals, groups, organizations, and communities to identify who they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. In doing this, we teach others how to use social and behavioral data as a force multiplier to achieve goals, refine practices, empower teams, and maximize efficiency and impact with tactically oriented strategic development.
